
Susan B. Campbell, MD (Co-Founder and acting Director)
Susan has been a practicing Neonatologist since 1978, following completion of her Fellowship at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, she completed her Pediatric Residency in her hometown of Wilmington, Delaware prior to entering the Neonatology Fellowship Program.
Following completion of the Neonatology training, she practiced for a time in Jackson Mississippi prior to moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 1986, where she continues caring for preterm and ill Neonates. Throughout her medical career, she has remained very supportive of breastfeeding and breastfed her 3 sons with mixed success.
In 2012, she pursued and obtained International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) status – specifically so that she could help start a Mothers’ Milk Bank for the High-risk babies of the State of Tennessee.

Jane is a registered nurse with 43 years of experience in Maternal-Child Nursing, much of it spent helping Mothers learning to breastfeed.
Retired ASPO Certified Lamaze Instructor.
Current International Board Certified Lactation Consultant for 30+ years.
Past President of Tennessee Lactation Consultants Association.
Former (prior to retiring): Manager of Centennial Medical Center Lactation Support Services.

Noreen Webb, RN, IBCLC
Has over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse. The majority of this experience has been in the maternal child areas of the hospital. Noreen became a lactation consultant in 2003 and currently works as a lactation consultant for TriStar Centennial and Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. Noreen met her husband in the United States Air Force during Desert Storm, where they both served as medics. She received her nursing degree from Union University in Jackson, TN and has received certifications as a Childbirth Educator, Infant Massage Instructor, and Lactation Counselor. Noreen owned and operated a home breast pump rental business in the 90’s serving Sumner County Tennessee. As a mother, lactation consultant, and neonatal nurse Noreen is excited to be a part of the Mothers' Milk Bank of TN team.

Victoria Roselli, BS, IBCLC
Victoria is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and was on the Planning Committee for the Mothers’ Milk Bank of Tennessee. She earned her B.S. in Maternal Health and Lactation and earned credentials as an International Board Certified Lamaze Instructor and a Certified Newborn Care Specialist. For over 10 years, she provided Lamaze instruction and newborn care through her private practice, and has provided lactation consultation through the Tennessee Breastfeeding Hotline since 2013.
Mrs. Roselli also worked as a regional Blood Donor Recruiter, where she gained experience planning donor events and reaching out to various organizations in support of hospital blood donor programs. She currently resides with her husband in Phoenix, Arizona, where she enjoys swimming, cooking and frequent travel.
