As a bereaved mom, you hold an extra special place in our hearts. At Mothers' Milk Bank of Tennessee, there is mural painted to honor our bereaved donors and their babies lost way too soon. Our intent is to demonstrate our deepest gratitude to you and provide an opportunity for others to learn of your child's significant legacy.

 

In the spring of 2024, we partnered with the Experience Community Church's Art Ministry. Their volunteers painted a beautiful tree and landscape inside the Milk Bank. Each baby is represented by an engraved gold leaf on the large tree of the mural. We invite each Bereaved Donor to submit their inscription. There is no cost to you. This is our simple way of showing that you are always on our hearts, and we are committed to honoring your baby's legacy.

Once your leaf is returned from the engraver, we will notify you and invite you to tour the Milk Bank and hang your leaf on the wall if you wish to do so. If you are not able to attend in-person, our team will provide you with an opportunity to see the wall virtually if you would like.
